The Seltos, one of Kia's best-selling models globally, has finally been launched on the Türkiye market. Falling into the C-SUV class, the model consists of three trim levels - Cool, Elegance and X-Line - with a price list valid as of October 1, 2026, and starts from 2,349,000 TL with campaign support. Offered with a single engine option - the 1.6 TGDI turbo petrol unit producing 180 PS paired with a 7-speed DCT transmission - the Seltos slots below the Sportage and has become Kia's new entry point into its SUV lineup. Below, we will focus on prices, trim differences, technical specifications and the model's position in its segment.

- Campaign entry price of 2,349,000 TL (2,549,000 TL on the list) with the Cool trim.
- Single engine: 1.6 TGDI, 180 PS, 265 Nm, 7-speed DCT, front-wheel drive.

How much are Kia Seltos Türkiye prices?

The Seltos price list continues the two-tier structure we are now used to seeing in the market: seemingly high list prices and campaign figures that sit beneath them. The entry-level Cool trim has a list price of 2,549,000 TL; with the 200,000 TL campaign support valid between October 1–31, the payment drops to 2,349,000 TL. While the Elegance trim stands at 3,215,000 TL on the list, it comes to 2,965,000 TL with the 250,000 TL support. The top-trim X-Line, against a list price of 3,399,000 TL, sells for 3,149,000 TL with the same 250,000 TL support.
Whether the campaign support will be permanent is a separate matter of debate. There are assessments arguing that a similar picture has occurred with Kia's larger model, the Sportage, and that campaign figures may not be permanent depending on exchange rate conditions. This cautious approach may also apply to the Seltos; it is worth accounting for the possibility of encountering list prices in November. On the warranty front, the picture is clear: on top of the two-year / 60,000 km legal warranty, Kia's Private Warranty Repair Assurance offering a total coverage of 5 years / 150,000 km is added.
| Trim | List price | Campaign price |
|---|---|---|
| Cool | 2,549,000 TL | 2,349,000 TL |
| Elegance | 3,215,000 TL | 2,965,000 TL |
| X-Line | 3,399,000 TL | 3,149,000 TL |
What does each trim offer?
In the Türkiye versions, there is no engine difference between trim levels; the differentiation lies entirely in comfort, design and safety equipment. All three packages come as standard with a 12.3-inch Supervision instrument cluster and a multimedia screen of the same size, Kia Connect connectivity, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a rearview camera, keyless entry, ISG, drive mode selection and a cabin monitoring camera. The picture is generous on the driver assistance side as well: Smart Cruise Control (SCC 2.0), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA 2.0), Lane Following Assist (LFA 2.0) and Smart Speed Limit Assist are available on all versions. Seeing this level of active safety package even in the entry hardware at this age is a notable shift for those who remember what the segment looked like a decade ago.
Cool: the accessible entry point
The Cool comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors and a leather steering wheel. A package that fully covers the basic needs and nothing more. Since the price advantage is clear, it makes sense for budget-focused buyers.
Elegance: where comfort begins
The Elegance brings 18-inch wheels, a panoramic glass roof, leather seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, three-stage heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and dual-zone climate control. Also, from this level upward, the hands-free power tailgate with memory function is standard. Since we have long seen that seat and steering wheel heating genuinely pays off in Türkiye's driving conditions, we would say the Elegance is the level where the 616,000 TL difference is most comfortably justified.
X-Line: the peak of design and technology
The X-Line offers a more distinctive look with 19-inch special wheels, a glossy black grille and side skirts; on the equipment side, the 360° Surround View system, built-in navigation, wireless charging, ambient lighting, Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (PCA) are added. In city use, the practical value of the 360° camera and BVM is high; if parking spaces are tight, you feel this difference every day.
Technical data: one engine, one transmission
Underneath the Seltos entering the Türkiye market, there is only one powertrain: The 1.6 TGDI turbocharged petrol engine produces 180 PS of power and 265 Nm of torque; the 7-speed DCT dual-clutch transmission delivers the power to the front wheels. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds, the model reaches a top speed of 208 km/h, and the WLTP combined consumption figure is stated as 6.6 L/100 km. Combined with the 50-liter fuel tank, it adds up to a long-range and sensible package on paper. We should note that buyers need to convince themselves during a test drive about the DCT transmission's character in city traffic; this type of dual-clutch unit has matured considerably in recent years, but the driving feel is personal.
The dimensions should also be known: 4,430 mm length, 1,830 mm width, 2,690 mm wheelbase and 160 mm ground clearance. Kerb weight varies between 1,450-1,590 kg depending on equipment. Luggage capacity is 483 liters with the seats upright; with the rear row folded, it rises to 1,458 liters. This is a solid figure for the C-SUV class; for family use, a comfortable balance of stroller and luggage can be established.

Is it a smaller Sportage, or the brand's new entry point?
This is usually the first question asked about the Seltos, and the answer needs to be split in two. In terms of size, yes, it is smaller than the Sportage: Its 4,430 mm length clearly keeps it on the compact side. But in terms of pricing, the picture is more interesting. In the lineup, the Sportage Elegance trim stands at 3,075,000 TL and the Prestige trim at 3,340,000 TL; in other words, the Seltos X-Line lands in the same price zone as the lower trims of the Sportage. The most accessible SUV entry in the Kia range, meanwhile, is the Seltos Cool. This arrangement preserves the brand's classic hierarchy while opening the previous rung of the ladder to buyers earlier. In the past, entering a brand's SUV range required going straight for the mid-size model; now the little brother can be sold at prices close to the top trims of its bigger sibling.
Which rivals does it compete with in the segment?
The C-SUV class is one of the liveliest areas of the Türkiye market. In the sales rankings, the Toyota C-HR was clearly ahead in the first half of 2026; between January and June it led the SUV-C/CUV category with 13,992 units sold. As of the end of September, the cumulative table showed the C-HR at 19,774, the Kia Sportage at 17,952, and the Nissan Qashqai at 13,482 units. In July, the Renault Boreal took the monthly SUV-C lead with 3,031 units. The overall trend of the market also favors SUVs: In May, the SUV body type accounted for 68.2% of total sales.
The Seltos's direct rival set includes models such as the Hyundai Bayon, Renault Duster, Toyota C-HR, Honda HR-V, Nissan Qashqai, and Peugeot 2008. Compared with the previously discussed Clio Cross or Corsa-based crossover approaches, the Seltos sits one notch higher, in the classic C-SUV format; an up-to-date price comparison in this band is not yet possible. Whether the Seltos can hold its ground in this crowded field will depend on three factors: how long the campaign prices will be maintained, whether the single engine option will satisfy the buyer base, and the after-sales trust Kia has built through its dealer network. Let us also think of those curious about hybrid options: hybrid versions of the Seltos are available in some markets; for now, it is unclear whether the engine range in Türkiye will expand with a hybrid in the future.
Assessment: which side does the equipment-price balance fall on?
Reading the picture on paper honestly, the Seltos's strength lies in the generosity of its equipment. Even the entry package offers a full-screen gauge-and-multimedia duo along with a complete active safety set, which means a starting point above the class average. For buyers with comfort expectations, the Elegance seems like the most balanced step in terms of price-benefit; the X-Line, on the other hand, appeals to those willing to pay for looks and technology.
The real question mark is the price item. How the figures that look attractive with campaign support will fare after October 31 will determine the model's first-year performance. Still, Kia bringing a model that sells strongly on a global scale to Türkiye with this equipment level will heat up the competition in the C-SUV segment even further. As someone who has been following this market for a long time, let me say this: an increase in the number of rivals has never been bad news for the buyer.
