How Much Does the DS N°7 Cost in Türkiye? Pricing and Launch Details
Stellantis Türkiye had announced the new generation replacing the DS 7 in July for October; at the point we have reached today, the model is officially on the market. The starting price is 3,700,000 TL. This figure needs to be read with thirty years of habit, in light of the brand's current price lists: in the same period, the DS 7 diesel sells at 4,443,950 TL, while its fully electric sibling, the DS N°8, carries a 4,990,000 TL price tag. The N°7's starting price sits below both the outgoing model and the flagship - in the premium C SUV segment, this is a strategy that opens the door quite wide.
The launch with two trim levels is also noteworthy. DS has been offering products to Turkish consumers for years with familiar names like PALLAS; this time, ÉTOILE has been added alongside it. In other words, buyers are being invited to the market with the choice between entry and top-level equipment depending on their budget.
The 145 hp Hybrid Powertrain: A New Generation That Requires No Charging
At the heart of the version initially arriving in the Turkish market is a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged gasoline hybrid power unit. The unit produces 145 hp of system output and 230 Nm of torque; it works together with a 21 kW electric motor and a 6-speed dual-clutch (eDCT) automatic transmission. The critical point is this: this is a self-charging hybrid system, meaning it charges itself and needs no plugging in. In the past, we used to run cars like this in the city purely on gasoline; now the system can complete up to 50 percent of urban driving in electric mode.
On the efficiency side, the official combined consumption figure is 5.3 l/100 km; it is also shown as 5.4 l/100 km on DS's model page - these values, which shift slightly depending on the measurement cycle, amount to the same thing in practice. With the 55-liter fuel tank, total range is over 1,000 km. Speaking as someone who's been around this block: a premium SUV that can take you to Ankara on long journeys without a second thought, which may be a more pragmatic choice than some of the plug-in hybrids on its rivals list.
Differences Between the PALLAS and ÉTOILE Trim Levels
The standard framework of the two trims is strong: both come with 19-inch alloy wheels, an insulated panoramic glass roof, adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and DS DRIVE ASSIST semi-autonomous driving support as standard. The difference opens up at the comfort and lighting layer.
| Trim Level | PALLAS | ÉTOILE |
|---|---|---|
| Wheels | 19" ORIONIS alloy | 19-inch |
| Upholstery | Pearl Grey and Infinity Blue DS CANVAS | Celeste Grey Nappa leather |
| Front seats | Electric and heated | Ventilated with massage function |
| Front grille | Glossy black 3D | DS LUMINASCREEN illuminated grille and illuminated logo |
| Headlight technology | Standard | DS PIXELVISION smart headlights, Adaptive High Beam Assist |
| Sound system | Standard | 690-Watt FOCAL with 14 speakers |
| Additional equipment | DS NECK WARMER, electric tailgate, hands-free access | Visio360 surround view, ONLY YOU personal assistant |
PALLAS is by no means a bare-bones entry package: it includes the DS IRIS SYSTEM, air quality system, tinted windows, parking assist, and DS DRIVE ASSIST. ÉTOILE, on the other hand, is a higher tier centered on light and seating; with the illuminated front grille, Nappa leather, and FOCAL system, it makes the brand's "avant-garde" side physical. The PIXELVISION 3.0 headlights are reported to offer illumination up to 520 meters - for those who drive at night frequently, this is not a brochure sentence but a tangible difference.
Cabin and Technology: What's Behind the 16-Inch Screen?

The most visible change of the new generation is in the cabin. In front of the driver is a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, while at the center sits a 16-inch high-resolution multimedia screen running DS IRIS SYSTEM 2.0. The screen supports wireless smartphone integration. The new X-shaped steering wheel, natural wood trim, and ambient lighting are also offered for the first time in this model. It may sound like a marketing sentence, but the sense of materials and quietness are what sells; the contribution of acoustically insulated glass to cabin silence should be read in this framework.
The rear row has not been neglected either: the seats offer 25 mm of extra headroom. Rear headroom is a measurement usually overlooked in C SUVs; knowing it works in family use is another thing.
On the luggage side, the official figure is up to 560 liters; with the rear seats folded, the volume extends to 1,570 liters. It should be noted that the 560-liter figure may vary slightly depending on engine and sound system choices - options like the FOCAL system and the subwoofer inevitably take up a few liters.
The Position of the DS N°7 in the Premium C SUV Market
The N°7 will be sold in the same league as the Audi Q3, BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA and Volvo XC40 in the premium compact SUV segment. Against these four, its 3.7 million TL starting price is a clear advantage; considering that even within the brand's own lineup the diesel DS 7 sits at 4.44 million and the N°8 at 4.99 million, the entry price tag stands noticeably below the segment. Decades ago, we wouldn't have seen such pricing on the price lists that premium brands hung on their walls; now every brand chasing volume is pulling its entry point down as far as possible.
The market context also matters. In the first six months of 2026, Türkiye's premium automobile market saw sales of 59,102 units, with Mercedes leading at 12,385 units. For DS, Türkiye is a strategic market: in 2023 it became the brand's fourth-largest market worldwide, setting a record that year with 3,511 units; as of July 2026, that record was updated with monthly sales of 570 units. In 2026 the brand is also expanding its dealer network with new showrooms and service centers. So the launch of the N°7 is not just a model news story on its own, but part of DS's volume targets in Türkiye.
When Is the Electric Version Coming?
The continuation of the market journey that began with the hybrid version will come from electricity. For the electric version of the DS N°7, a range of up to 740 km and support for 160 kW DC fast charging are targeted; it is expected to arrive in Türkiye in early 2027. The STLA Medium platform was designed precisely for this dual strategy: the same foundation can carry both hybrid and battery-powered bodies. In a country where the charging infrastructure is still being debated for its speed, first carving out the market with the hybrid and then adding the electric version is a logical sequence.
Conclusion: The Price Speaks, the Rest Convinces
The DS N°7 arrives in Türkiye with a technologically complete package: a new platform, a modern hybrid unit, comprehensive standard equipment, and a split but clear equipment ladder. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say the real news is the price; the starting figure of 3,700,000 TL stands noticeably below both the brand's own lineup and its segment. The hybrid version having no charging concerns, spending half of its urban driving on electricity, and a range exceeding a thousand kilometers are concrete arguments supporting this price. With the electric version joining in early 2027, the first chapter of the N°7 family's story in Türkiye will be complete. The rest will be determined by updates to the price list and the competitors' response.
